Victoria Russell

Victoria Russell’s journey reflects resilience, healing, and a deep commitment to helping others grow from the inside out. With an academic background in psychology, experience in Human Resources, and professional exposure within high-level organizations such as the NFL, Victoria developed a strong understanding of human behavior, systems, and the complex factors that influence personal and professional outcomes.

Through her own lived experiences, Victoria recognized that sustainable growth—whether personal, academic, relational, or professional—cannot occur without first addressing unhealed areas of life. As a mentor and speaker, she engages in honest, often difficult conversations around childhood trauma, addiction, abusive relationships, generational patterns, and the invisible wounds that quietly impact marriages, families, and long-term success. Her approach is grounded in transparency, compassion, and the belief that healing is essential for true transformation.

This work led to the creation of The Savior’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to mentorship, education, and speaking engagements that prioritize depth over surface-level solutions. The Foundation stands apart by addressing topics many avoid, yet are critical for lasting change, personal freedom, and healthy development.

By sharing her insights and experiences, Victoria empowers individuals and organizations to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and pursue personal, academic, and professional success with a strong internal foundation. Her story demonstrates how adversity can be transformed into purpose—and how meaningful change begins with the courage to heal.
